A rank holder Chartered Accountant by qualification and a Management Consultant by profession, she has held senior positions at Deloitte ( 9 years ), IBM Consulting ( 3 years ) and AF Ferguson Management Consulting ( 7 years ).

In a career spanning 2 decades, she has delivered more than 125 projects, across different industries and levels with excellent networking and delivery capabilities.

She led several key projects with the Top 500 Corporates advising them on strategic issues such as Future Business Models, Performance Management, Growth Strategies, Service Improvement, Operational Excellence and Change Management.
